Here’s what’s on the horizon:
🌟 National Night Out Block Parties – August 5th
We’ll host joyful, movement-filled celebrations across our properties to promote safety, wellness, and connection — with walking and biking as key themes. These events offer a unique way for sponsors to show up directly in community spaces.
🏡 Homebuyer & Community Resource Fair – October
Last year, this event doubled in attendance — bringing in 121 families and distributing over $20,000 in down payment assistance. With your support, we can grow even further, connecting more families with the tools they need to secure stable housing and thrive.
💛 The Ramón Ramírez Fund
Named after one of FHDC’s founders, this fund provides direct assistance to families moving into affordable housing and supports community empowerment programs such as youth education and financial literacy workshops. It’s an investment in long-term wellbeing and economic mobility.
