One of our key initiatives to help families thrive is just around the corner! Our annual Housing and Community Resource Fair, led by our Asset Building department, will be held at Woodburn High School on Saturday, October 17th. It’s hard to believe this year will mark four years of bringing this growing event to the greater Woodburn community! Last year, the event drew over 120 families, and we expect a strong turnout this year.

This event will bring over twenty community partners together under one roof, and participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops designed for first-time homebuyers, existing homeowners, small business owners, and those interested in improving their credit and budget.
