Through a great partnership with Boys and Girls Club, the kids at Nuevo Amanecer participated in a pre-Easter “Hungry Hippo” game as part of after-school activities.  Boys and Girls Club is on-site at the Cipriano Ferrell Education Center on Thursdays and Mondays from noon to 5 pm.  Weekly, 70-75 kids take part in the after-school activities.  The partnership between FHDC and Boys and Girls Club has been in place since August 2016.
