On Saturday June 16th FHDC welcomed new board members Aldo Solano and Elias Villegas to the team via a board training. Staff members Meg Guerra and Leticia Lares joined Board members Ramon Ramirez and Housing Chair Robin Boyce who led the training organizational culture, board responsibilities and housing development.

Aldo Solano joins us as a former FHDC resident now working as Health Equity Organizer for Oregon Latino Health Coalition (OLHC). Elias Villegas is currently the College Dean Chemeketa Community College. We are grateful to have both unique perspectives join our board of directors as we lead the organization into a strategic growth and partnership development phase.
