Esperanza Court is one of our smallest and closest-knit communities located in the heart of downtown Woodburn. Over the last several months the units have undergone upgrades and updates to make the apartments more livable for our residents. We are excited to say that last week we were able to  move our first three families back into their homes!

Sofia Ramirez from unit 132 said, “Thank you FHDC for all the work you do to keep us safe and our housing in good conditions.”   At first she was bothered because the new bath tub was a bit smaller than the old one, but she changed her mind after she saw the brand new kitchen and appliances!

We look forward to completing this rehab for 9 other families in the next few weeks, and to focus on new housing development projects Colonia Unidad, in construction and Colonia Paz, in the development pipeline.
