Geovanny Chavez became a US Citizen this week!
Growing up in FHDC as a resident of Nuevo Amanecer, he currently lives with with parents & 2 siblings, while attending Chemeketa Community College and nearing a transfer to Willamette University. His goal is to become a police officer.
Geovanny has volunteered with FHDC for years 5 years and last year was hired by the Woodburn School District to support summer youth programming.
Congratulations to Geovanny and his family, and for continuing to be a role model for FHDC youth and inspiring them through volunteerism.
