Colonia Paz Phase II is nearing completion! We are so excited to move the final families into their new homes this Spring. The site, joining a farmworker housing site just adjacent, will house 116 families seeking housing stability and a supportive community with resident services. We are currently partnering with Evolve and Casa Latinos Unidos to deliver some core resident services programs FHDC’s Camino a la Prosperidad is expanding its financial education, homeownership, and foreclosure prevention services into the space as well.

FHDC will celebrate a grand opening for the property in July of this year.
