An ongoing partnership with Girl Scouts of Oregon has ensured access to education, arts and recreational activities for many of our resident families. Since school has started this fall, getting out into nature and the various opportunities Marion County has to offer, remains a priority, even if on the weekends or after school. Last month, Girl Scouts brought over 15 girls from Colonia Libertad to the Molalla County Park where they were able to learn about freight, and even got the opportunity to ride and operate trains! All also enjoyed a health lunch.
Thanks for the partnership, Girl Scouts!
