FHDC is celebrating 30 years of fighting for farmworker rights and stable housing! Our 3-part video series shares insight into how the organization came together despite the political and cultural stigma and racism to form a strong network of supportive living that houses more than 1,300 farmworkers and their families, with more than 150 units in rehabilitation or construction currently.

Part 3 “Future: Inspiring Leadership, Dreaming Together” highlights the perspective of current residents and leaders on what the future of our work entails and what is inspiring a new generation of activism around housing and human rights. Part 3 of 3 features FHDC’s Executive Director Maria Elena Guerra, FHDC’s co-founder Nargess Shadbeh and Ramon Ramirez, Director of the Anahuac Program Javier, former resident Miguel, current residents Gaby and Promotora Martha, Elder Leaders Laura Isiordia and Larry Kleinman, and PCUN’s Executive Director Reyna Lopez.
