Could you please share about your work experience?
With over 15 years of experience in real estate and affordable housing, I have had the opportunity to work with organizations such as Beam Development, REACH CDC, and Northwest Housing Alternatives, among others. Throughout my career, I have built strong connections within the housing community, which I continue to leverage to support and advance affordable housing.
What will be your focus areas & projects with FHDC?
In my role at FHDC, I will focus on new developments, supporting our existing team, and strengthening collaborations within the communities we serve. My goal is to contribute to the organization’s continued growth and impact by fostering partnerships and ensuring the success of future housing initiatives.
What are you looking forward to the most in your new role?
I am most excited about the opportunity to serve a culturally specific organization and community, ensuring that our work is deeply rooted in the needs and strengths of the people we support.
What are your hobbies & pockets of peace?
Outside of work, my time is devoted to my family, which includes my two amazing children and our three beloved dogs. I find peace near water—whether at the beach or on a nature walk—and love to travel as often as possible. Over the years, I’ve developed a growing appreciation for kitschy tourist attractions when exploring new cities with my spouse. Otherwise, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book.
