We are so delighted to have had FHDC residents, community partners, organizational leaders, and public officials join us at the Colonia Paz II grand opening celebration!

It is an exciting time as FHDC & Evolve expand into Linn County, and we are delighted to collaborate with the City of Lebanon, partners, and allies from across the valley as we develop more affordable housing and supportive services in support of prosperous communities.

A special thank you to Lebanon Mayor Kenneth Jackola, City of Albany Oregon Mayor Alex Johnson II, Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS) Executive Director Andrea Bell, Racial Justice Council Advisor Javier Cervantes from Governor Kotek’s Office, and the dedicated FHDC Board of Director members for their ongoing support and presence at the event.
