We are nearing the completion of Colonia Paz I in Lebanon which offers 24 farmworker housing units soon to be filled with families. The first four families were welcomed into their new homes in early June.

We also celebrate the groundbreaking of Colonia Paz II, which add 110 units for low-income workforce families.

The development team includes Pinnacle Architecture, LMC Construction, CASA of Oregon, Nelson Capital and Umpqua Bank purchased the Agriculture Credits, sponsored the FHLB, and contributed towards the grand opening!
