Celebrations continue with the completion of the first of four complex buildings of Colonia Paz II.

We have welcomed 20 new families to Colonia Paz in Lebanon. One of the first families, the Contreras family, moved into their new home on New Year’s Day. The Contreras family has been Lebanon residents for a few years and feel happy to continue being part of the Lebanon community. They also feel relief in being able to afford their home as the cost of living continues to increase.

Phase II of Colonia Paz offers affordable workforce housing – from studios to three-bedroom units – to families who qualify. Each of the four buildings comprises of 29 units, for a total of 116 – added to the 24 of phase I for a total of 140 affordable homes to the Lebanon community. Phase three and four are expected to complete in the first quarter of 2023. We will look forward to a full grand opening celebration in the spring or summer of 2023 to celebrate with our partners and all of the families who will make this a thriving community.
